Delivery, Set up & Teardown at 10:00pm

At Modern Petal Co., standard teardown is scheduled for 10:00 PM. This timing typically aligns with the end of dinner service, table clearing, and the wrap-up of photography and coordination—allowing our team to efficiently and discreetly collect all rental items while guests enjoy the dance floor.

We understand that some couples prefer a later pickup to ensure the evening flows naturally and most guests have departed. Extended teardown times are available upon request and are subject to the following after-hours fees:

11:00 PM — + $75
12:00 AM (next day) — + $175

Pickups scheduled after 12:30 AM are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on venue distance from T4S 1S5 as well as other teardowns scheduled that day.
